Register Your Interest
Found a home you love? Register your interest with our sales team. We’ll keep you updated with availability, launch dates, and further information about the development.
Step 03
Find Your Perfect Home
Once sales launch, our team will help you select the home that best suits your requirements. You’ll be able to explore floorplans, specifications, finishes, and the surrounding development.
Step 04
Make Your Reservation
When you’ve found the right home, we’ll guide you through the reservation process. A reservation agreement is completed and your chosen property is secured, subject to the terms of the agreement.
Step 05
Your Home Takes Shape
As construction progresses, you’ll have the opportunity to follow the journey of your new home. Depending on the stage of construction, there may be opportunities to discuss finishes and personalisation with our team.
Step 06
Exchange Contracts
Your solicitor will work through the legal process with you, while your mortgage arrangements are finalised where applicable. Once contracts are exchanged, your purchase becomes legally binding.
Step 07
Preparing for Completion
As your new home approaches completion, we’ll keep you informed of progress and work towards your anticipated completion date. Your solicitor will coordinate the final legal requirements with you.
Step 08
Your New Home Awaits
Before completion, your new home will undergo final inspections and checks to ensure it meets our standards. On completion, the keys are yours.
Step 09
Welcome Home
We’ll meet you at your new home, talk you through the property, and provide everything you need to settle in. Our relationship doesn’t end when you receive the keys — our team remains available to support you through the early stages of your new home.
