Founded in 2021 and named after the ancient Saxon settlement of Hamwic — the precursor to modern Southampton — our company is rooted in the history of the place we call home.
Over the years we have grown from a small local builder into a trusted property development company, predominantly Hampshire-based and focused exclusively on small, high-quality developments. Each scheme reflects our belief that good development should enhance its surroundings, respect local heritage and create communities that last.
